Claire Pettibone’s Beau Monde collection has been described as a sultry exploration of French-infused antique lace, flirtatious bodices and gold trimmed ruffles. That’s according to The Wedding Chicks. Imagine how lovely all these gowns would look in a romantic English garden wedding!

I’m literally at awe looking at each one of them. Makes me want to touch them & feel all the details! Or just maybe have the chance to try it on?

AND here’s my favorite amongst them all! How gorgeous is that low backline & lace detail on the shoulders! P-E-R-F-E-C-T.

As an early Christmas vacation, this post will be my early goodbye to all you lovelies for the year.

I’m so thankful that I’ve got lots of things done before I go hiatus for the holidays: got my wedding gown & bridesmaids’ gowns done, gonna be back with a few articles for BridalBook.ph & I’ve finished some more stuff for the wedding! Yipee!

So I guess this is goodbye for the meantime, hope you guys have a great holiday with family & friends! See you soon!

Of course there’s pink! According to Beatrice: “Barbie & Ken were married at Faraway Castle, in Plasticity. The bride bought her dress from The Fairy Godmother shop and her shoes from the Cinderella Store. The groom wore a suit from The Prince Charming Emporium. The couple met more than 50 years ago (yes I know they look young). Barbie was tired of waiting so she asked Ken to get married.” Even their story is hilariously cute!

Now I have the urge to look for  my Barbie stuff then recreate my own version of their wedding day! That would be awesome!

When you fell in love during your stay in your Alma Mater, it’s only right to celebrate you engagement in the same place. Rica & Mark were lucky enough to have done the same. Check out Mark’s proposal & their gorgeous shoot in Ateneo de Manila University.

The concept:
There was no concept entirely. “We just wanted to shoot in Ateneo where we met, where we got to know each other, became best friends and spent memorable moments in the early part of our relationship.”

The couple had to secure permits from the admin for their Saturday shoot.

To go together with the shoot, Rica’s good friend Sol Dandan became their stylist for the entire afternoon. 3 styles were prepared from formal to semi formal to casual.

“The fashion shoot was totally out of our comfort zone. When we first discussed the prenup with Oly, we said we just wanted something natural and candid since we’re not really the cheesy or the fashion model type. But come the actual shoot, we got carried away and totally forgot about what we said! But, it was good we got carried away! We’ve never done this before so the pictures and the story behind the shoot became so memorable.”

It just proves that chemistry is all that you need! And Rica & Mark seems to have plenty of it!  *Giggle*
