Dessert Parlour: Sweets Anyone?

Cakes. Chocolates. Candies. Let’s start the week with a sweet Monday shall we?

Our beloved Mikki celebrated her 22nd birthday last April 16 and for someone who loves sweets so much it wouldn’t be right not to have a dessert table. We created this simple table design full of her favorite desserts with pink as the motif.

Strawberry Cream Cake (recipe below)
Candies (pochi, meiji’s apollo, melty kisses)
Cookies (choco chips, wafers, oreos, ice gems)

Strawberry Cream Cake

Crust:
Mix 2 tbsp melted butter for every cup of crashed graham.
You may also mix 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Chill for 1 hour.

Filling:

Mix 11/2 tbsp confectioners sugar for every 1/4 cup of cream (Nestle)
Chill overnight.

Toppings: 1 whole canned strawberry/blueberry.
